We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make with OrcaTorch. However if for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, please follow our returns procedure and return the goods within 14 days of delivery. There are two main types of returns our customers require most often, to which terms and conditions apply:

1. Return or Exchange within 14 days of delivery if the customer does not want it any more.
For this you must:

1. Contact us and follow our returns procedure within a 14 day period to be eligible for the Exchange or Refund. Used products are not under a 14-day moneyback guarantee.

2. Before sending the product back please contact us about the return, otherwise, we won’t know about the return and your return will not be accepted.

3. The customer pays the shipping cost. 

2. Return a faulty product within the warranty period

1. Please register the product and check that your product is within the warranty period.

2. Please consider if the fault or defect has been generated through normal use as we cannot accept the return of products damaged as a result of misuse.

3. OrcaTorch pay the shipping cost.
