OrcaTorch SD03 Multifunctional 4-colour Dive Beacon

Orcatorch typically produces a high quality lights in this cases it’s not true. Used for two dives and the plastic on the outside is cracked and did not hold up to a simple dive trip. Never exceeded 110’ and were never dropped. Currently looks like the plastic on the outside is about to fall apart.

Bought one a few months ago and have used it several times and I’m very pleased with how it works. I’ve had no leaks and no failures at any time. It’s all light takes a meeting when I go on trips and hasn’t failed to function yet.

In my opinion this is the best and most versatile night-diving strobe currently available. No longer do you have to decide on which color to use for your strobe, this one gives you four - red, green, blue, and white. You can also change from a solid color to flashing depending on your needs. The light is much brighter than other strobes and I have used and other divers have commented how easy it is to see from far away. Overall I would highly recommend this strobe to any night-diver.

The ORCATORCH SD03 Dive Beacon 4-Color-in-1 is a wonderful addition to a night dive. The different colors and the fact that you can keep them on or have them flashing is perfect. I've done night dives off my kayak and hung one from my boat so I can just look up and know it is there. It is not a perfect light for stand alone night diving, but a great backup light in case your main light fails. I ran one in the flashing beacon mode on a rechargeable AA for seven hours and it was flashing the whole time.

Appreciated AA battery, multi-color LED, and feel of the product. Overall function very good and I'm looking forward to continuing to use this for night dives, locator beacons underwater and also for camping.
