Warranty Policy

1. 2 years free repair or replacement for orders from OrcaTorch official store

We offer free repair or replacement within 2 years of purchase for diving lights and 1 year of purchase for accessories if problems develop with normal use. Failure or damage caused by improper use, unauthorized modification or reconstruction is not included. 


2. Limited lifetime warranty: 

If problems develop after 2 years of the purchase for diving lights and 1 year of the purchase for accessories, we will charge for parts. The total repair fee is assessed according to the cost of the replaced materials.
